Our e-commerce shops are based on the extremely flexible and totally customisable Cubecart and Treasurechest ecommerce systems.
Cubecart
Although Cubecart is not open source software it is relatively cheap (yet powerful) and as with CMS sites, most of the development costs are based upon the time taken to integrate the site design with the e-commerce engine. Cubecart solutions can be implemented alongside a static brochure site or a MODx CMS setup. Cubecart offers a wider range of integration with many popular payment gateway solutions including Protx.
Treasurechest
We are now also able to offer ecommerce integration with the MODx content management system via Treasurechest. Based solely on Paypal, Treasurechest enables online shop owners with a smaller range of stock (<100 items) the ability to quickly and easily update their content using the same system they edit their informational content with.
One to one training in updating stock, uploading and updating product images and other functions of the administration system is included in the development pricing so you will be able to take full control of what you sell and when you sell it.
